We would rather tell you everything once than send you back three times. Choose the category that describes you.
You must be 18 or over. Three consecutive payslips are the heart of a salaried file; with those in order, the rest usually follows. Originals are sighted and returned. Copies are held securely on your file and used only to assess and administer your loan.

Payslips that are not consecutive
We need the last three in a row. A gap means we cannot confirm your basic pay.
An unstamped bank statement
Downloaded PDFs are fine, but the bank stamp is what makes it verifiable.
The employer undertaking
Funds are not released until the signed undertaking is on file. Start this early — HR is usually the slowest step.
An address we cannot place
Give your province, town and a plot or house number. "Lusaka" on its own holds a file up.
