About us
A small lender that writes everything down.
Vivica Suppliers , trading as Vivica Loans, serves salaried employees across Zambia from our office in Lusaka.
What we do
We lend to people with a verifiable income — civil servants, private-sector employees and small business owners — in amounts between K1,000 and K100,000. We are not a bank and we do not pretend to be one.
How we decide
Every application is measured against the same rule: the instalment may not exceed 40% of your basic pay. It is applied before you submit documents, not after, because a loan you cannot afford helps nobody. Every application is reviewed by our supervisor and approved by the director, who is notified the moment it arrives.
How we are governed
The officer who assesses a file is never the officer who releases the cash. Every action in our system carries a user, a date and a reason, and our portfolio is classified using the Bank of Zambia prudential categories. That discipline is the reason we can be quick without being careless.

Why Vivica
The boring things, done properly.
The 40% rule, applied before you borrow
If an instalment would take more than 40% of your basic pay, we say so at the enquiry stage rather than at collections.
A schedule with every agreement
Instalment by instalment: principal, interest and closing balance. Printed, signed and yours.
Reminders before the due date
An SMS five days ahead of each instalment, so a late payment is never a surprise.
Separation of duties
The officer who assesses your file is not the officer who releases the cash. Every action carries a name and a timestamp.
Next step
Borrow from a lender that shows its working.
Payroll and payday loans, anywhere in Zambia.
